As a native Zanesville resident and a graduate of Bowling Green University with a degree in marketing and business management, Brad Norvell, B.S., ACA, HAS, began working in his parent’s business, Norvell’s Hearing Aid Center, located in downtown Zanesville in 1982. Brad has experienced the industry grow and change in leaps and bounds over the last three decades with the ever-changing technological world.
Brad has been an active member of the Sertoma Club of Zanesville since 1987; an organization that provides hearing aids for those in need. Having just celebrated his 29th year as a member of the IHS (International Hearing Society), Brad is proud to have been a part of this group of over 200 hearing instrument professionals and audiologists who are dedicated to helping non-profit agencies, manufacturers, and instrument specialists provide quality workmanship and service to individuals wearing hearing aids.
Brad has also become a certified Audioprosthologist by completing rigorous training programs combined with over 39 years of experience in the industry. Brad resides in Zanesville with his wife, Chris. Brad and Chris enjoy their time together traveling, gardening, fishing, and rooting the Ohio State Buckeyes on to victory!
Hearing Aid Specialist
Rory Gamble, H.A.S . is a Licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist at Norvell's Hearing. Alongside his daily work, he is a full time student at Ohio University pursuing a bachelors degree in business. With a background in technology, he provides fresh insight, ease of use and quick repairs in every environment. In his free time, Mr. Gamble is an avid Motorsports enthusiast and is a supporter of the Manatee Community Foundation. Rory's goal is to help anyone that he can, provide a high level of care and to always have a smile on his face.
Patient Care Coordinator
Lisa started with Norvell's Hearing Aid Center at the Grand Opening of our Cambridge location in 2014. As a Medical Assistant, Lisa brings a medical and clerical background in public health to our practice every day. She loves helping people and navigates our patients seamlessly through the insurance process as well as meeting all of their needs. Lisa is always ready to help you on your journey to better hearing.
Patient Care Coordinator
Karen has worked in the Hearing Healthcare industry as a Patient Care Coordinator for over 8 years. She greets every patient that walks in the door as if they are family, and has worn hearing aids herself for 5 years. Karen realizes the specific challenges that each patient faces, being hearing impaired herself. Karen has been a licensed EMT in the state of Ohio and for the past 30 years. In her free time, she loves to go camping with her loving husband Ted. She is also a proud grandmother of 3.
Chris joined Norvell's Hearing Aid Center in 2010 after retiring after 37 years at Genesis Healthcare System. Working in Human Resources and Payroll Billing operations, she has been a valuable asset in the every day operations of a busy practice. In her spare time, she and Brad like to travel to Lake Erie to see friends and family. Alongside Brad, Chris played a large role in the opening of our Cambridge office in 2014. Chris also enjoys traveling, decorating, gardening, and her feline companions. Helping others in her free time is very important to Chris and she enjoys staying at her second home in Port Clinton, OH.
